Dr. Drew DeClerck

PhD, Registered Provisional Psychologist

Often described as calm, Drew works with adults navigating anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship strain. He trained in Clinical Psychology at UBC and works from a trauma-informed, biopsychosocial lens: your history and circumstances shape how you're doing, and treatment should reflect that. He offers individual and couples therapy for adults 18 and older, blending evidence-based practice with genuine curiosity.

Photo of Mike Lawson

Mike Lawson

BMSc, Licensed rTMS Technician

Mike co-founded Lawson Collab and leads its day-to-day operations as Clinic Manager, believing good care starts before anyone sits down with a clinician — in how welcomed a person feels from their very first call. He oversees the details that shape that experience, and completed specialized training in the Netherlands to support the delivery of rTMS, a non-invasive treatment for people whose symptoms haven't responded fully to therapy or medication alone.

Dr. Yin Lawson

MD, FRCPC, Psychiatrist

Dr. Lawson provides psychiatric care grounded in trust, collaboration, and an interest in each person's full story, not only their symptoms. She earned her medical degree at the University of Calgary and completed her psychiatric residency at the University of Toronto, training across settings that shaped a lasting commitment to underserved communities. In 2018, she returned to Calgary to build a practice serving both urban and rural Southern Alberta.
